Welcome to the SPCA of Harford County, we are a 501 (c)(3) public charity

non-profit animal rescue. At this time however we operate as a foster network.

in the process of creating the pages with information about our programs, educational material

and general information about the animal world. Because we are new we need your help, if you 

like to get involved on the ground floor and help build a strong community animal rescue,
